PC Player here, obviously I'm still waiting for release. That said, I've watched it be played on PS4 now for weeks and love it. From a bystanders perspective I love it too. Hated D1 and never bought it, but acknowledge it was worlds better after a few years of work. (Edit: Want to clarify. I left D1 mainly because I got into college and stopped gaming more than the fact the game 'sucked' now that I see what it's become I regret it and it shows me D2 can become great given time. I accidentally made it sound like I hardly played it. I played it a bunch on other people's consoles and didn't enjoy it at first. Once I played post improvement version of D1 last year I realized I made a mistake.) I acknowledge the flaws D2 has, but overall it looks like a great game still and the reviews align with how I see it.
Anyone who isn't overly salty want to chime in and verify that the game isn't the shit show everyone on this sub right now is making it to be? It isn't like they won't make changes and they will just abandon their top game, I believe they just need some time like in D1. I plan on sticking around this time.
Edit: Why is this being downvoted now all of a sudden? If you don't like the game please feel free to provide the input, but I don't see why you should downvote the discussion. I want to see some positive feedback as well as the negative stuff. Or else the game will ultimately die, and none of us want that.
